Biography
Megan Ornellas joined Indiana University as the associate vice president of budget and planning in July 2024. Prior to joining the university, she served in several roles for a national IT company, including chief financial officer, chief operating officer, and chief technology officer.
Ornellas has served as the executive director of the Hoosier Lottery, CFO of the Capital Improvement Board of Managers, and CFO of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. She has produced state budgets for governors in three states.
